1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TwinPoster, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Ethical Use and Liability

TwinPoster strictly FORBIDS the use of this resource for generating human faces (deepfakes), nudity, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, betting, and other unethical scenarios. TwinPoster bears NO responsibility for your actions! All liability rests solely with the user.

We do not technically restrict the AI from processing your source images to ensure maximum creative freedom for legitimate marketing purposes. However, any violation of local laws or advertising platform policies is your sole responsibility.

3. Subscriptions and Tokens

• Subscriptions are billed at $29.98 per 30 days and include 300 generation tokens.
• 1 Token equals 1 Image Generation while the subscription is active.
• If your subscription expires, generation costs increase to 3 tokens per image.
• Unused tokens expire after 365 days of account inactivity.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of AI-generated digital assets and the costs incurred by our servers, all sales are final and non-refundable. All incoming deposits are subject to automated AML compliance verification. Deposits from illicit, sanctioned, or mixer sources (Risk Score >= 50%) are strictly quarantined and will not be credited.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliate payouts are processed manually twice a month. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the promotional system is detected. Affiliate terms may change at any time without prior notice.
